Phases of the Miosotis Healthy Life Program

Phase 0 - General recommendations
In this stage, the aim is to familiarize subscribers with the general rules of healthy eating and start applying them in daily life.

Phase 1 - Learning to eat:
In this stage, subscribers will learn how to prepare a healthy meal, how to prepare a healthy main course, how to reduce food intake and increase satiety, how to eat smaller meals more frequently, how to reduce fat in food preparation and how to choose healthy meats.

Phase 2 - Severe restriction of carbohydrates:
In this stage, the aim is to combine general recommendations for healthy eating and learning how to eat with specific recommendations aimed at reducing sugar and no healthy carbohydrates consumption.

Phase 3 - Increase fiber and vegetable consumption:
This stage is designed to encourage increased consumption of vegetables and fiber. It also aims to make recommendations and teach strategies that promote the achievement of this goal.

Phase 4 - Restrict fat consumption:
This stage is aimed to reduce fat consumption with the goal of teaching participants to use less fat when cooking, avoid fried foods, choose lean meats with no visible fat, and avoid fat intake.
