The physical activity program is intended to complement the healthy eating program. Physical activity is not just a complement to energy expenditure; in addition to weight loss, it is associated with benefits including reducing cardiovascular risk, preventing obesity, normalizing abdominal circumference, and reducing stress. Developed and coordinated by Exercise Physiologists, the program consists of daily activities and aerobic exercises administered in phases 0 and 1. The execution of aerobic exercises is monitored by the physiologists of the Miosotis Healthy Life Program, who will introduce the most appropriate adaptations for each subscriber to improve respiratory function, sleep quality, and overall health.
