The aim of the healthy food program (Miosotis HF - Healthy Food) is to put innovative healthy food products on the market.

The purpose of Miosotis Healthy Food Program (Miosotis HF) is to manufacture healthy food products:
- Highly innovative, 100% vegetable, including 100% vegetable fat.
- Hypocaloric, of high palatability and of high nutritional value for human health.
- Intended to be consumed between meals, at breakfast and snacks or before meals to suppress hunger and reduce appetite.
- To introduce healthy eating habits, based on Mediterranean food.
- To replace starters of pates and butter that are rich in saturated fat and of low nutritional value;
Innovative production techniques will be used to help preserve micronutrients and the natural quality of food.
The search for healthy foods is increasingly a concern of the most demanding consumers.

This trend grows if Mediterranean flavours and products are associated with healthy quality foods.

Market studies indicate that 80% of citizens are willing to buy foods with a higher nutritional value.

Most supermarket chains have started to include healthy food areas in their stores and restaurants that include healthy food on their menus are growing by 20% a year.

The healthy food market has grown by 12% a year in recent years. In Portugal, between 2008 and 2018, the vegetarian market grew by 514% and the number of vegetarian establishments grew by 614%.

Olive Oil:
​
- Extra Virgin high quality Portuguese olive oil.
- The base is Galician olives, which gives it an excellent complexity of aromas, with emphasis on fruitiness.
- The semi-manual harvest of the olives was done according to their ideal state of ripeness and the olive oil was cold extracted.
Olive paste:

- It will use an innovative method of production and composition.
- It is the standard cream (gold standard) of the Miosotis HF program.
- It is intended to replace caloric pastes and butter, commonly used in human food.
- They are intended to be used in snacks and meal starters.
Spread creams:
​
- They will be hypocaloric vegetable creams of high nutritional value. If vegetable fat is used, it will be extra virgin olive oil and nuts.
- They are intended to replace high-calorie and low-nutrition pates and butter, commonly used in human food.
- They are intended to be used for breakfast, snacks and meal starters.
Snacks:
​
- They will be hypocaloric vegetable foods of high nutritional value.
- They can be consumed between meals (to reduce the feeling of hunger and to reduce appetite at the next meal), at breakfast, in snacks or before main meals to suppress hunger and reduce appetite.
